ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & REMODELING Wild Flower Design specializes in small scale residential remodel projects.  My goal is to work closely with each client, discussing their specific project needs and taking the time to really understand what they are looking to accomplish.  Then offering several custom design solutions for their project.  Once a design is agreed upon, construction drawings are produced.  These drawings can be simple enough to get a building permit or detailed enough for a full, accurate contractor bid.  All drawings are professionally finished using AutoCAD.  I am pragmatic and understand the need for practical, budget conscious design. Project consultations are always free.  Billing is done on an hourly basis and a detailed estimate of projected time spent is given for approval prior to initiating the project.
